Bidding Period:
Online bidding will open at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Saturday, July 19, 2025, and will close using a soft close format beginning at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, July 26, 2025. A soft close means bidding will remain open for any lot receiving bids within the last 2 minutes, extending the bidding time until no further bids are placed.
Deposit Requirement:
The successful bidder must remit a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total purchase price or $10,000, whichever is greater, to Bluegrass Auction Pros, Inc. Escrow Account no later than 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Time is of the essence.
Balance Due:
The remaining balance shall be paid in full at closing, which must occur within 30 days of the auction’s conclusion date.
Taxes & Possession:
2025 property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed transfer (DOD). Possession shall be granted with the delivery of the deed.
